Since childhood I have practiced various sports and this has only shaped my life around them. I have practiced football, basketball, parkour, kickboxing, cycling, athletics, crossfit and taekwondo. I have participated in various running competitions, cycling, kickboxing, muay thai, triathlon, etc.
At the moment I am running my Functional Camp and offer online nutrition and training consultancy.
In Functional Camp everything is about functionality. Maybe you’re wondering what functionality is? Overall, functionality is the ability of the body to perform certain functions necessary for everyday life.
Most movements are based on natural moves such as walking, running, balancing, jumping, crawling, lifting, throwing and catching.
The training is meant to develop physical fitness, efficiency and practical performance.
P.S : No body defines you. The body will remain behind and will be lost to the earth with every physical achievement. What will remain for an indefinite time will be your impact on those who choose to listen to you, to follow you, and to put their trust in your advices.
